Our services must not be used for hosting content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, spam distribution, malware hosting, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
All fees are charged in accordance with the pricing plan you select. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for your chosen billing cycle.
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy. Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzz Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve months.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
